Estos términos cubren Stickers PopMe, la app para iPhone y iPad de rodortizdev. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la app.
El servicio
PopMe convierte un dibujo o una foto en stickers. En dibujo eliges estilos. En foto eliges un estilo y emociones. La generación depende de la red y de un modelo de terceros. El resultado puede variar. Revísalo antes de compartirlo.
Tu contenido
Tú conservas los derechos sobre las fotos, dibujos y stickers que creas. Eres responsable de tener derecho a usar ese material, incluida la imagen de cualquier persona que aparezca. Nos permites procesar lo que envías solo para generar el sticker y devolvértelo. Ese permiso termina cuando termina esa petición.
Uso aceptable
No uses PopMe para contenido ilegal, para imágenes que no tienes derecho a usar, para acosar, ni para saturar o eludir el servicio. Podemos rechazar una petición que incumpla estos términos. El proveedor del modelo también puede rechazar una imagen.
Enviar un pack abre WhatsApp para que lo agregues en tu cuenta. PopMe no envía el pack a una persona ni a un chat. WhatsApp tiene sus propios términos.
Compras
Los paquetes de créditos son compras únicas a través de Apple. Un crédito hace una generación de 8 stickers y se usa cuando esa generación sale bien. Cada dispositivo recibe 2 generaciones gratis, y no se vuelven a dar si desinstala la app en ese mismo dispositivo. Lo que queda de una compra se queda en el dispositivo que la compró, también si desinstala la app. Apple cobra y decide cualquier reembolso.
Licencia de Apple
La app también se rige por el contrato de licencia de Apple para aplicaciones. Si ese contrato contradice estos términos en lo que le corresponde a Apple, prevalece el de Apple.
Aviso
El servicio se ofrece tal cual y según disponibilidad. En la medida que la ley lo permita, no garantizamos que un sticker salga, que WhatsApp lo acepte, ni que el resultado sirva para un fin concreto.
Responsabilidad
En la medida que la ley lo permita, no respondemos por daños indirectos o consecuentes, ni por pérdida de datos o de ganancias, derivados del uso de PopMe. La responsabilidad total por una reclamación se limita a lo que hayas pagado por PopMe en los doce meses anteriores o a 50 dólares de Estados Unidos, lo que sea mayor.
Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos. La fecha de arriba cambia cuando lo hagamos. Seguir usando PopMe después de un cambio implica que aceptas los términos revisados.

These terms cover Stickers PopMe, the iPhone and iPad app from rodortizdev. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
PopMe turns a drawing or a photo into stickers. In drawing you choose styles. In photo you choose one style and emotions. Generation depends on the network and on a third-party model. The result can vary. Review it before you share it.
Your content
You keep the rights to the photos, drawings, and stickers you create. You are responsible for having the rights to that material, including the likeness of any person in it. You allow us to process what you submit only to generate the sticker and return it. That permission ends when that request finishes.
Acceptable use
Do not use PopMe for illegal content, for images you do not have the right to use, to harass, or to overload or bypass the service. We may refuse a request that breaks these terms. The model provider may also refuse an image.
Sending a pack opens WhatsApp so you can add it to your account. PopMe does not send the pack to a person or a chat. WhatsApp has its own terms.
Purchases
Credit packs are one-time purchases through Apple. One credit makes one generation of 8 stickers and is used when that generation succeeds. Each device gets 2 free generations, and deleting the app on that device does not grant them again. Credits left on a purchase stay on the device that bought it, including after the app is deleted. Apple handles the charge and any refund.
Apple’s license
The app is also covered by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms on a point that belongs to Apple, Apple’s agreement controls.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that a sticker will be produced, that WhatsApp will accept it, or that the result will fit a particular purpose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of PopMe. Total liability for a claim is limited to the greater of what you paid for PopMe in the twelve months before the claim or 50 US dollars.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do. Continuing to use PopMe after a change means you accept the revised terms.
