Stickers PopMe es una app para iPhone y iPad de rodortizdev. Este aviso explica qué procesa la app. PopMe no pide registro ni inicio de sesión.
En tu dispositivo
Los dibujos, las fotos que eliges y los stickers generados se quedan en el iPhone o iPad hasta que los borras o desinstalas la app. PopMe no los copia a la app Fotos. El idioma y la apariencia se guardan solo en el dispositivo. Las compras las procesa Apple. PopMe muestra anuncios de Google AdMob en Mis Stickers, entre los grupos de Ajustes, y en Apariencia, Idioma, Privacidad, Términos, las hojas para elegir emociones y estilos, y debajo de los stickers impresos. Google puede usar datos del dispositivo para elegir esos anuncios. La pantalla de dibujo no lleva banner. No hay otro SDK de analítica.
Cuando generas
Al pulsar generar, la app envía el dibujo o la foto, el estilo elegido y la lista de estilos o emociones por HTTPS a https://captostudio.app/api/popme/. Ese servidor reenvía la imagen a OpenAI para hacer el sticker y te devuelve el resultado. No usamos esa imagen para entrenar un modelo de PopMe y no la vendemos. OpenAI la procesa según su propia política, y PopMe no controla cuánto tiempo la conserva: openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Qué guarda el servidor
No guardamos una biblioteca de tus fotos. Lo que queda de cada compra de créditos se queda en el dispositivo que la compró, para que desinstalar la app no lo reinicie y otro dispositivo no lo reciba. El servidor puede conservar por un tiempo limitado datos técnicos de la petición, como la hora y el código de respuesta, por seguridad y para corregir fallos. Si la protección contra abuso está activa, el servidor puede guardar la dirección IP unos sesenta segundos en un archivo temporal para contar peticiones, y después la descarta. Esa IP no se usa como cuenta.
Cámara y fotos
La cámara se usa solo cuando tú tomas una foto para un sticker. El selector de fotos se usa solo cuando tú eliges una imagen que ya tienes. Puedes negar esos permisos en Ajustes de iOS. Dibujar sigue disponible.
Si envías un pack, PopMe prepara los stickers en el dispositivo, los pone en el portapapeles local y abre WhatsApp para que agregues el pack. PopMe no elige un chat ni un contacto, y no recibe tus conversaciones.
Menores
PopMe no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recabamos a sabiendas datos de menores de 13.
Tus opciones
Borra los stickers en la app, o desinstálala, para quitar lo que está en el dispositivo. Para lo que haya salido del teléfono, escribe a privacy@captostudio.app. No hay una cuenta a la cual ligar la solicitud, así que solo podemos actuar sobre lo que aún esté de nuestro lado.
Cambios
Si este aviso cambia, cambia la fecha de arriba. Seguir usando PopMe después de un cambio implica que aceptas el aviso revisado.

Stickers PopMe is an iPhone and iPad app from rodortizdev. This notice explains what the app processes. PopMe does not ask you to register or sign in.
On your device
Drawings, photos you pick, and the stickers you generate stay on the iPhone or iPad until you delete them or delete the app. PopMe does not copy them into the Photos app. Language and appearance are stored only on the device. Purchases go through Apple. PopMe shows Google AdMob ads in My Stickers, between the groups in Settings, and on Appearance, Language, Privacy, Terms, the sheets for choosing emotions and styles, and under the printed stickers. Google may use device data to choose those ads. The drawing screen does not show a banner. There is no other analytics SDK.
When you generate
When you tap generate, the app sends the drawing or photo, the chosen style, and the chosen styles or emotions over HTTPS to https://captostudio.app/api/popme/. That server forwards the image to OpenAI to make the sticker and returns the result. We do not use that image to train a PopMe model and we do not sell it. OpenAI processes the image under its own policy, and PopMe does not control how long OpenAI keeps it: openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.
What the server keeps
We do not keep a library of your photos. The credits left on each purchase stay on the device that bought it, so deleting the app does not reset them and another device does not receive them. The server may keep limited technical details of a request, such as the time and status code, for security and to fix failures. If abuse protection is on, the server may store the IP address for about sixty seconds in a temporary file to count requests, then discard it. That IP is not used as an account.
Camera and photos
The camera is used only when you take a photo for a sticker. The photo picker is used only when you choose an image you already have. You can deny those permissions in iOS Settings. Drawing still works.
If you send a pack, PopMe prepares the stickers on the device, places them on the local pasteboard, and opens WhatsApp so you can add the pack. PopMe does not choose a chat or a contact, and it does not receive your conversations.
Children
PopMe is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
Delete stickers in the app, or delete the app, to remove what is on the device. For anything that left the phone, write to privacy@captostudio.app. There is no account to attach a request to, so we can only act on what is still on our side.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date above changes with it. Continuing to use PopMe after a change means you accept the revised notice.
